1. Who we are

Hodiya Kids is a small business based in Sri Lanka that makes printable Sinhala learning materials for children. Our online store is run by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt and download link. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

2. What you are buying

Our products are digital files (PDFs). Nothing is posted. Prices are shown in US dollars, and your bank may convert them to your local currency. You get access to your files straight after payment. If a download link doesn't work, email us and we'll send the files directly.

3. Licence: how you may use the files

• Home licence (every standard purchase): print as many copies as you like for the children in your own household and close family.
• School licence: teachers at one school, Dhamma school, or class programme may print unlimited copies for their students for 12 months.
• You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the files, or remove our branding, under either licence.

All designs and text are © Hodiya Kids. Fonts and pictures are used under the SIL Open Font Licence.

4. Refunds

If a file doesn't work for you, or you're not happy with your purchase, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually appear within 5–10 working days.

5. Mistakes and updates

A native Sinhala speaker checks every book before release. If you spot an error, tell us. We'll correct it, and anyone who bought the book can download the updated version free.

6. Privacy

• What we collect: when you buy or request a free sample, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address and payment details, and shares your name and email with us so we can deliver your files and help you. When you email us, we receive your email address and message.
• How we use it: to deliver your purchase, answer you, and (only if you opt in) tell you about new books. We never sell your data. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare, and the fonts load from Google Fonts, so both services see technical data such as your IP address when the page loads.
• Children: our products are for children, but purchases are made by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
• Your rights: email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
